1. About Strive

Strive ("Platform", "we", "us") is an endurance sports discovery platform operated by Strive Endurance Technologies, accessible at strive-endurance.com and via our mobile application. Strive helps athletes in India discover endurance events and connect with the endurance sports community. Currently, Strive is an event discovery platform only and does not process event registrations. We plan to introduce event registration features in the near future.

2. Eligibility

• ●You must be at least 13 years of age to use Strive.
• ●Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• ●You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• ●One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@strive-endurance.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

4. What Strive Does — and Does Not Do

• ●Provides a community space for athletes, coaches, and brands
• ●Plans to introduce event registration features in the near future

What Strive does NOT do

• ●Strive is NOT an event organiser and does not host, manage, or operate any race or event listed on the platform
• ●Strive does not currently process event registrations or collect entry fees
• ●Strive does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information
• ●Strive does not guarantee that any listed event will take place
• ●Strive is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or changes made by event organisers

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• ●Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ●Impersonate another person or organisation
• ●Use Strive for any unlawful purpose
• ●Post content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• ●Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account
• ●Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from Strive
• ●Spam other users or post unsolicited commercial messages in the community

6. Community Content

You retain ownership of content you post in Strive's community features (forum posts, replies). By posting, you grant Strive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Platform.

You are solely responsible for content you post. Strive does not endorse or verify community content and is not liable for any content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Coach & Organiser Listings

Coaches and event organisers listed on Strive are independent third parties. Strive does not verify credentials, qualifications, or certifications of coaches. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any coach or attending any event.

8. Payments

Currently, Strive does not collect payments or process event registrations. When payment features are introduced in the future, they will be processed securely via our payment partner and this section will be updated accordingly.

9. Intellectual Property

The Strive name, logo, design, and all original content on the Platform are owned by Strive Endurance Technologies and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Event names, logos, and race branding belong to their respective organisers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Strive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Event information is provided for convenience and may not always be current or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Strive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• ●Injury, illness, or death occurring at or travelling to/from any event
• ●Loss of entry fees paid to event organisers
• ●Event cancellation, postponement, or changes by organisers
• ●Inaccurate event information
• ●Unauthorised access to your account

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Strive shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@strive-endurance.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Strive after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
